What is “Ivofusion”?

 
 

Ivofusion – is my culinary style.

I blend ingredients and techniques from my Ivorian background with elements from French, South American, Mediterranean, Italian, and American cuisines.

IvoFusion doesn’t stop there - my creations draw from the myriads of culinary traditions I experienced while growing up. From the street food vendors of Abidjan, to the grilled fish of the beach restaurants in Bassam, the homemade cassava cakes of Bonoua, the peanut stew and sorrel leaves of Odiénné, and the pounded ripe plantain and mushroom stew from Gagnoa. The rich culinary tradition of my homeland remains a well of inspiration. 

I also incorporate Ivorian artifacts, traditions, and my childhood memories to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
